Pelangi Bali Hotel owners will not accept any liability for losses to our customers for any claim, including but not limited to:

1) The liability for injury, death, accident, loss, theft or damage to property, loss of pleasure, physical or mental retardation or a disadvantage.
2) Any delay or change of schedule, routes, made by any person arising from any willful act or negligence or omission of any airline, hotel, airline, villa, ground operator or other person who services or the accommodation
3) the act or omission of any party,
4) The monetary crisis, labor problems, economic changes, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties or noise, weather, local laws, the novel or unusual conditions;
5) lack of travel documents, passports, visas and health certificates, if any,
6) additional expenses due to delays or changes in air or other services, loss of business blogs, alternative accommodation or public transport equipment, the termination, modification fees and rates , cancellation or double booking reservations or tickets, illness, strikes, war, theft, quarantine, currency crisis, the political or social instability, disease, acts of God or any other event beyond our control.

Therefore, mobility alliance, and according to the consultant or Pelangi Bali Hotel is not responsible for damage, such as (but not limited to) motorcycle, scooter, and other rental vehicles, horseback riding, diving, fishing sea, golf, sandy swimming and surfing, falls from pool decks, slabs wet and / or stairs with injuries glass sliding door. Beds, cots, highchairs, ETC

These generally can be provided in most hotel expense - please request when booking. Some of our hotel can be more - busy, but only when checked with your advisor during the holidays and the rate paid for extra beds. If a property is too busy and we are not aware of the problem before departure, we reserve the right to ask others to leave and also a cost for storing inventory.

Special requests. Any special requests must be made in writing to us while we make every effort to respond to your requests, we can not guarantee that we will always succeed. At the time of booking please contact our reservations staff of any special needs.

Cleaning service. Bed linen and towels every hotel and the property will be prepared for your arrival.

PASSPORT / VISA. A passport valid for at least 10 years of six months from the date of onward travel is required for all persons traveling to destinations that count.

PAYMENT. A number of valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. You can choose to enter in your card details on a secure server or you can send them by fax (62361730947). Your credit card will be charged 1 (a) room at night, like a book or security deposit (the deposit is not refundable). Payment can still be resolved at the hotel on departure .

 Cancellation or no / All Seasons. Any cancellation or no fee will be subject to a price equal to the room at night.

Early departure. Early departure / check-out earlier than the schedule book 1 night charge (a) applies in the room.

INSURANCE. We recommend taking out travel insurance in full at time of booking to protect and all that came during the time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of luggage and personal belongings, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

LIABILITY. Note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during their stay at Hotel Pelangi Bali, or participating in activities during his visit to Bali. We disclaim any responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control, such as the late arrival of international flights, civil disturbances, fires, floods, weather unusually severe case of force majeure, acts of Government or failure of any machinery or equipment.
