MISSION

BTB has identified short, medium, and long-term action plans:

Short-term action plan:

  1. To consolidate stakeholders by updating and maintaining databases and through operational auditing
  2. To improve the Balinese people's knowledge of, understanding of, and support for the growth of Bali 's tourism industry
  3. To maintain strong relationships with government in order to overcome any and all possible challenges to the development of the tourism industry
  4. To develop the human resources necessary to face future challenges

Medium-term action plan:

  1. To establish BTB representative offices inside and outside of Indonesia
  2. To develop public opinion through strategic publicity
  3. To develop information and communication systems that facilitate good communication between BTB, stakeholders, government, and community
  4. To create a central information system for the tourism industry that highlights information on attractions and facilities
  5. To develop a long-term strategic plan for Bali 's tourism industry

Long-term action plan:

  1. To be fully independent
  2. To be an example for the development of tourism nationwide
  3. To organize international events in Bali
  4. To support Bali tourism promotions
  5. To consistently increase the quality of life of the local communi
